I am happy with customer support but the deiver behaviour was terrible
Drivers behaviour towards customers was rude and driver stopped bus multiple time to pick up extra passengers. Terrible experience with patel travels
User's recommendation: Try not to book patel travels as behaviours of driver is not well.

Very bad service provided by the patel tours and travels We had an bus from Ahmedabad to Anjar instead of sending us a volvo they sent an mini bus and even all our seats are different of that which we booked! We tried talking to both of the offices at Anjar and Ahmedabad the staff at Ahmedabad office behaved very rudely! This is not expected if we are paying this high fares of the bus and getting this kind of service! Even they havent said anything about the refund. Very disappointed with the services provided, will never again choose the bus or refer to other.

Misbehaviour of staff

Due to delay scheduled of flight, we were 15 minutes late. We couldn't reach to the bus in time. However, we have already informed the staff about our delayed flight before 45 minutes. The bus didn't wait for us even having genuine reason for delay. Moreover, they have insisted us to reach at S G Highway inspite of Paldi. Moreover, the bus itself reached S G Highway late by 45 minutes than scheduled time. User's recommendation: Please don't waste ur money and valuable time.
